Another Sunday morning

One rainy autumn morning, when dawn would just awake
Clouds were gathered closely, shadowing the lake
Ravens flocked in eager, sheltering from rain
I remember this morning, for it brought me no more pain

Opening my front door, I witnessed on the porch
A stunning red-haired woman, like the fire on a torch
I think for just a moment, I may have been demised
For my heart did not beat then, as it had done for all my life

This angel of a woman smiled and looked at me,
I think I was in heaven - for I recall this certain melody
Tones of feather weight were whistled in my mind,
This angel of a woman - who was this whim of sign?

Standing in a white dress, her hair was soaking wet,
I offered her some shelter, but she broke my heart instead
Slashing through my memory, like a tigress on the loose,
I found there in her green eyes - memories sure to leave a bruise

She took my hand and kissed me, I shivered slightly then,
For her lips bore taste of iron - this meant someone's end
I gasped and slowly whimpered in this recent angel's grasp,
Knowing that this moment was meant to be my last

A demon of a woman with witchcraft in her blood,
Like a stormy ocean calling, gentle like a flood
Tearing through a lonesome desert heart,
A demon of a woman to rip my world apart

 Mistress of the moon

Pitch-black darkness, crimson moonlight
It is all that's left of her departed life

She, who has the moon enchanted,
Who reaps the daylight, who keeps you haunted
The story of her life is too sad to tell,
She lives only now to avenge him, to give his killer hell
His love is kept inside her treasured amulet,
It is the same jewel that makes her hide after sunset

After his death she gave her life away, made an evil pact,
She will haunt you forever, your life has soon ended, that's a fact

Nemo

I'm the journey between life and death,
The entity of humanity, love and emptiness
An unnamed fiend or your dearest friend,
Your solemn lover until your last day's end

I'm above that, which you call divine,
Below the infamous name of mine
I'm the infinity that you seek,
The eternity one can not beat

I've lived longer than the God you worship,
Died long before the memory of your first lover's sweet lips

To you, I'm nothing, mere emptiness
To life, I'm a curse; an unforgivable bless
Can't touch me, can't bring me down
For I am Nemo; I'm all around

Prince of Darkness

All hail the great prince of darkness,
Shadows has engulfed the void inside his pale chest

Gather around as he enters the ballroom,
The intoxicating music shall begin soon
Take a drink from the blood-filled chalice,
Taste thou lover's crimson lips in one enchanted, nocturnal kiss

Let the chandelier shine upon the mystery that once covered thou life,
Let the shadows be redeemed, embrace the beauty of the night
Take a walk on the balcony where the full moon shines,
Stars like diamonds, Oh that beauty, it's divine

All hail the dark prince of romance,
Gaze at him, and his beloved, as they dance

Dance with thou dead lover, dance all night long
Kiss thou beloved, Ah that kiss so deep, this is where thou belong

Sired

Protector of darkness, midnight's defender
Kneel before me; Surrender
Too long have you denied me the daylight
Too long have I worshipped midnight
I demand that you set me free,
Let this creature of darkness cease to be

From ashes I was born,
From life I was torn
To ashes I shall return;
Let this creature burn!
